As a result, it offers better security and airtightness than a 3-side seal bag. 4-side seal pouches are also known as Sachets or flat pouches. Thermoforming is a method used to produce 4-side seal pouches. Thermoforming is a procedure where a sheet of plastic is heated until it becomes soft and malleable. A mould is then used to shape the sheet into the required shape.
